Entrance

Unit A-12 is a 2-story townhouse with entrance on the second floor of the building. It’s nice for privacy.

Main living space looking south to north; the front entry door is visible in the upper middle of the photo. The leather sofa has a recliner at each end.

A pass through counter connects the kitchen and dining space.

In unit laundry plus, there is coin laundry services available at the Bay Oaks Condominium Club House.

The second floor

Master bedroom with king size bed; photo shows the access to the upper balcony.

Master bathroom vanity and door to separate toilet and shower space. Not visible on the left is entrance into the walk-in closet. The master bath and closet are contained within the master bedroom.

The guest bedroom contains a queen size bed and single sized day bed. On the opposite side of the room is the bathroom and closet.

Upon entry to the unit is the main living room containing a television, chair, recliner, couch and leather couch with two recliners. The entrance to the lanai is visible in the photo.

The dining space is connected to the kitchen and has a table setting for 6.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dish washer and disposal. Small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster and blender as well as dinnerware, silverware and linens.

The master bathroom has a shower/jacuzzi soaking tub. Linens are included.
